                     Our Merchandise Return Policy & Procedures      
 

 

Thank you for your recent order.  Your satisfaction is important to us. 

  

 **** Catalog Orders can not be returned and are non refundable.

**** Inspect and check your items as soon as possible.
**** Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged merchandise.
**** No returns or exchanges after 7 days of receiving order.

**** Exchanges can not exceed the amount of the original purchase.

**** Merchandise credit is available should the buyer request it.

**** Merchandise refunds are issued via Paypal, in which the payment was

         received. If for some reason, Paypal does not process the order, the refund

         will be issued manually.

 

Please follow the following steps if you would like to exchange or return an item.

 

 1- Returned Items

 

* Item must be returned with 3 days from the date that you received the product or the item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

* All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. 

 

* Email: viviansworldofservices@live.com to obtain an RMA number.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

* Returns without an RMA number will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

 

* All returns must be in its original packaging (in new and unused condition).

 

* No return will be authorized in the event damage occurs to products resulting from a customer return and not all returns with an RMA will be accepted for a refund / credit.

 

 

2- Exchanged Items

 

* Exchanged items do not require an RMA, but requires an exchange request for the new item.

 

* New shipping charges will apply for exchange orders and the sole responsibility of the buyer. Viv's Gifts Online is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanged orders. 

 

 

3- Non-Returnable Items

 

* All personalized / customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

* All items that are marked discontinued and/or items in our Clearance categories.

 

* All items which have damage caused by the buyer.

 

* Any item the buyer cannot prove is damaged, or otherwise not operational.

 

* Any item the buyer can not demonstrate just cause for returning the item purchased.

  

 

4- Shipping Charge

 

* Orders that have received free shipping due to a Free Shipping promotion or other discounts may have shipping assessed on the original order if the return causes the total sales amount to fall below the promotional amount.

 

* Return shipping charges are the Buyers sole responsibility.
