Q: What is a FAQ?
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions or problems? 
A: If you need to contact us, our contact information is listed on our "Contact Us" page and on the top of our website pages. You may email us and we will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. 

Q: Can I place an order without using your website? 
A: Of Course! Just Contact us  to place your order. If you like, you can request one of our popular gift catalogs and Paypal us your order directly from your catalog. 
Q: What is your return policy for gift orders? 
A: Please visit and read our "Return Policy" section of our website for complete details of our Return Policy and Procedures.

Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?  
A: We will gladly refund or exchange the order, upon customer request. Please visit and read our "Return Policy ".

Q: What happens if my order gets lost?  
A:  We ask all our customers to notify us immediately, if they do not receive their order. UPS, Parcel Post, and trucking companies will not accept any responsibitilies for hardships caused by lost shipments.  We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, we will send you a refund check at your request. Please follow the instructions of our Return Policy.

Q: What if I order a item which requires additional freight, how will I be charged for the additional freight charge(s)?
A: Items ordered which require additional freight charges will be processed manually. Once the additional freight charge has been determined for the item(s) ordered, the customer is notified and should submit payment for the additional freight charge(s).  Please note, orders cannot ship if additional freight charges are not submitted for the item(s) ordered.

A: No! Our website uses the Paypal Processing System and Paypal will allow you to use your credit card, whether or not you have an account of your own.

Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes! We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and we will not use your information for any reason. You are in a secure environment with Paypal when you submit your payment information. We do not require registration to shop on our website.

Q: How can I pay for my order? 
A: Paypal, Credit Card or our Gift Card. Sorry, we do not accept checks, money orders, or 3rd party payments in the mail. We highly recommend Pay Pal transactions due to it exceptional performance of handling online financial transactions in a secure, encrypted manner.

A: We will send you email confirming the details of your order immediately. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped within 3 -5 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days from time of shipment to receive your order. Catalog Orders will arrive within 7-14 days from the date of order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please free to contact us via our "Contact Us" tab. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

A: Yes, although we do not advise it. Expedited or Rush orders incur very expensive delivery charges.  Since our goal is to minimize our customer's expense, we offer UPS Ground delivery service as a standard method of order shipping.

A: All Catalog orders are processed and shipped via Postal Service. All Gift Orders are processed and shipped via UPS Ground Service. We do have Rush & Expedited Service available, for an additional charge.
