Q: What is Special Pricing Discount & How does it work? 
A: Special Pricing Discounts are Sales promotions. All orders are manually processed via email or phone call and completed via Paypal Confirmation. Orders which receive Special Pricing Discounts should be called or emailed to us.
Q: Can I receive Special Pricing Discounts on my order from one of the Specialty Stores?
A: No. Our Specialty Stores are in affiliation with Amazon and their Sellers. Vivian's World of Services does not have authority to discount their products and orders received.
Q: Can I pay for my order with a Check, Credit Card or Cash?
A: Vivian's World of Services prefers Paypal or any other reputable online payment  source to process the financial component of our customer orders. We do not have a manual payment process in place. Checks may be accepted with approval first.
Q: Can I place an order without using your website? 
A: Of Course! Just Contact us  to place your order. If you like, you can request one of our popular gift catalogs and Paypal us your order directly from your catalog. 
Q: What is your return policy for gift orders? 
A: Please visit and read our "Return Policy" section of our website for complete details of our Return Policy and Procedures.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?  
A: We will gladly refund or exchange the order, upon customer request. Please visit and read our "Return Policy ".
Q: What happens if my order gets lost?  
A:  We ask all our customers to notify us immediately, if they do not receive their order. UPS, Parcel Post, and trucking companies will not accept any responsibitilies for hardships caused by lost shipments.  We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, we will send you a refund check at your request. Please follow the instructions of our Return Policy.

Q: What if I order a item which requires additional freight, how will I be charged for the additional freight charge(s)?
A: Items ordered which require additional freight charges will be processed manually. Once the additional freight charge has been determined for the item(s) ordered, the customer is notified and should submit payment for the additional freight charge(s).  Please note, orders cannot ship if additional freight charges are not submitted for the item(s) ordered.
Q: Do I need a Paypal account to use my Credit Card?
A: No! Paypal will allow you to use your credit card, whether or not you have an account of your own.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes! You are in a secure environment with Paypal when you submit your payment information. We do not require registration to shop on our website. Personal information is not collected.
Q: How can I pay for my order? 
A: Paypal and other reputable online financial providers customers may choose to use. Checks maybe accepted with Approval first. We recommend Paypal due to it exceptional performance of handling online financial transactions in a secure, encrypted manner.
A: Orders will arrive within 7-14 days from the date of order. 
A: Yes, although we do not advise it. Expedited or Rush orders incur very expensive delivery charges.  Since our goal is to minimize our customer's expense, we offer UPS Ground delivery service as a standard method of order shipping.
A: All Catalog orders are shipped via Postal Service. All merchandise orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. We do have Rush & Expedited Service available, for an additional charge. International Shipping based on customer's shipping carrier.
